2. If you cannot visit Yen Ming Temple in person, you can email the completed registration form and bank transfer record to: yenmingtemple@hotmail.com .Please be sure to include your contact phone number and name so that temple staff can process your application on your behalf.

3. Alternatively, you can register in person at Yen Ming Temple by filling out the form and making an online bank transfer. Submit the transfer receipt along with the form to the temple staff.
