“Anger Lotus Master Correspondence Dharma” From the Collected Works of Lama Lian Sheng, Volume 280, “The Otherworld Beyond the World”

I (Master Lu) will teach the “Anger Lotus Master Dharma,” with the following ritual: Preliminary Practices:

Great Prostration.

Great Offering.

The Fourfold Refuge.

Vajrasattva Bodhisattva Practice.

The Four Immeasurable Hearts.

Armor Protection Practice.

Others.

Main Practice:

First, visualize emptiness and chant the mantra of emptiness. (Form the Lotus Master’s anger seal with your hands.)

Visualization—

In the void, there is a red Hum syllable.

It transforms into the Anger Lotus Master (Dorje Zholi).

One head, two arms, three eyes.

The body is a brown-red color.

Wearing a brown brocade robe on top, with a skirt below.

The right hand holds a sky iron Vajra.

The left hand holds a Phurba (left fingertip protruding with nine-headed black scorpions).

Standing on the back of a pregnant mother tiger.

Seated on a lotus sun wheel, demon throne.

Stabilized in the flames.

Practice:

“Enter me, I enter the Dharma.” The practitioner transforms into the Anger Lotus Master, Dorje Zholi.

Mantra Chant:

“Hum Hum Hum. Om Ah Hum. Vajra. Guru. Zhola. Loka. Sarva. Siddhi Hum Hum.”

Or Heart Mantra:

“Om Ah Hum. Ar Sik. Nir Sik. Namo. Bhagavadi. Hum Hum Pei.”

Or:

“Hum Hum Hum Hum Hum Hum Hum Hum……….”

Entering Samadhi:

The practitioner enters the light with the main deity.

Pei Pei Pei.

The fierce form of the Anger Lotus Master appears in an instant.

Dedication:

With this merit, swiftly grant me the accomplishment of the fierce form of Lotus Master.

May all beings be free of doubt, and may the Buddha’s realm be established there.

Recite the Hundred-Syllable Mantra three times. Great Prostration. Exit the altar. – – – – – – – – – – – – – – Supreme Merits of Dorje Zholi (Anger Lotus Master):

1. Protection from harm by evil gods, malicious spirits, and debtors in this life.

2. Protection from harm by evil external mantras.

3. No bad dreams or illness caused by inauspiciousness.

4. Protects the whole family from illness and misfortune.

5. No fire disasters, smooth career, and abundant profits.

6. Ensures smooth childbirth for women and prevents infant mortality.

7. Good health, no illness, and no disaster.

8. Protection from harm by evil people and scheming individuals.

9. Long life, wealth, and reputation in this life.

These are the Three Great Secret Dharma. In this degenerate age, they manifest in a powerful form as Three Great Protectors.

Dorje Zholi Can Subdue:

The Five Aggregates Demon.

The Death Demon.

The Affliction Demon.

Lama Lian Sheng, in his teaching that evening, said: “Practicing the ‘Guru Dorje Zholi Anger Lotus Master’ can subdue the Four Demons. By aligning with Dorje Zholi, two very extraordinary powers will manifest. The practitioner can definitely transform into a rainbow light, like the Great Perfection of Padmasambhava, and attain the great power of non-birth and non-death. Practicing this Dharma is equivalent to practicing the Rainbow Body Dharma, which is itself a grand transmission. This Dharma enables both worldly and otherworldly accomplishments, fulfilling desires and wishes…. By aligning with Guru Dorje Zholi, the practitioner can also manifest a body of illusion, with hundreds of billions of transformations.”

Dharma Assembly Schedule

10:00 am	Booth registration begins
11:00 am	Seating area opens. (VIPs will be escorted to their seats by the VIP reception team, and main sponsors will be guided to their seats by security. Others please follow the directions of security staff and on-site announcements to the designated open seating areas.)
12:30 pm	The vehicle for Living Buddha Lian arrives at the venue at around 12:30 pm. (Audio and video team and emcee prepare for the event.)
12:30 pm to 1:10 pm	Living Buddha arrives at the venue, please follow the instructions of the security staff, avoid pushing, and maintain a safe distance: (1) Blessing of the altar, sound check, test Dharma seat, blessing of the Great Compassion Mantra water, death-rebirth and longevity seats. (2) Visit the Prajna藏书 Art Exhibition. (Access is controlled by security staff.) (3) Blessing of the booths on the 2nd and 1st floors. (Security will guide and control the on-site movement.)
1:10 pm to 1:45 pm	Living Buddha Lian returns to the resting room to prepare. (Access is controlled by Living Buddha Lian’s attendants and security personnel.)
1:45 pm to 2:00 pm	Master’s schedule. Reception team prepares for arrival. (All attendees, please return to your seats; security will clear the area before escorting people in.)
2:00 pm to 3:30 pm	The Dharma Assembly begins, Living Buddha Lian and the temple’s masters enter. Introduction of VIPs, speeches by VIPs, donation ceremony, ordination ceremony, Bodhisattva precepts ceremony, and blessing ceremony.
3:30 pm to 6:00 pm	The Dharma practice ceremony begins. After the ceremony, Living Buddha Lian will give a Dharma talk and transmission of teachings.
6:00 pm to 7:00 pm	The Dharma talk concludes. The empowerment ceremony begins. Starting from the 2nd floor seating area, followed by the 1st floor, security will guide everyone along the empowerment route in front of the altar and direct them to exit (please refer to the empowerment route map). When exiting, security staff will assist with receiving offerings and distribute the Great Compassion Mantra water (bottled water) to attendees leaving.
Expected 7:00 pm	The empowerment concludes, and the farewell ceremony begins. (Security will control the route for the farewell ceremony.) See off Living Buddha Lian’s vehicle as it departs from the venue.
7:30 pm	The logistics team will have dinner first, then begin cleaning and packing the venue. Transporting, packing, and loading back to the temple.
11:00 pm	The venue evacuation is complete, and the Dharma Assembly concludes successfully. Thanks to everyone for their support and cooperation! Amitabha!

Venue Introduction and Regulations

1. The event center prohibits bringing in “outside food and drinks,” such as packaged drinks, take-out, or homemade food, to avoid making the venue messy. If many people are caught bringing in outside food, it may make it difficult for the organizers to rent the venue in the future, so we hope everyone will be self-disciplined. The venue has a water dispenser with free paper cups available for use. You can bring your own bottled water, thermos cups, or hot water bottles with water. Additionally, there is a small shop at the entrance of the 1st-floor main door that sells coffee, tea, bottled water, and snacks such as cookies and chips for convenient purchase.
2. Please help maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the venue. After using the booths, make sure to restore them to their original condition to avoid causing trouble to the organizers during clean-up, and to prevent potential fines.
3. The registration and distribution of English translators will be handled by Sister Summer Huang. There are nearly 200 wireless translation devices available. Those who need them can go to the 1st-floor booth to leave a deposit and borrow one.
4. The seating area for wheelchair users or people with mobility issues is located in the Compassionate Zone behind the main seating area on the 2nd floor. It is best to enter the 2nd-floor main door from the back parking lot, where you can use an elevator to go up and down.
5. On the day of the event, aside from the photography team of the organizers and authorized personnel from within the religious sect, please do not follow the master along the way for photography, as it may obstruct the flow and interfere with capturing the best shots. (Security will assist in controlling this.)
6. Pets or animals are not allowed inside the venue.

Venue Layout (1st Floor and 2nd Floor)

Dharma Initiation Route and Order

1. The Dharma initiation flag stand is next to the altar in the venue. Participants (facing the altar stage) will proceed clockwise from the left. After passing the Dharma initiation flag stand, they will exit through the right-side door and walk down the stairs to the 1st floor. After that, they will leave through the door next to the stairs on the 1st floor (exit leads to the main road). Those who drive can directly walk from the outside to the parking lot.
2. Upstairs (2nd Floor) Dharma initiation order: Start with the VIP seats and the Compassionate Zone, followed by Area 2, Area 4, Area 3, and Area 5.
3. Downstairs (1st Floor), participants can wait for a signal before being guided to queue and enter the 2nd floor venue for Dharma initiation. The queue will proceed next to the “Master’s Restroom” stairs to the 2nd floor.

Transportation and Parking

Transportation Information: How to travel between Seattle Airport (SEATAC), Seattle Lei Tsang Temple, Lynnwood Event Center, Rainbow Lei Tsang Temple, and other locations

• The main temple, Seattle Lei Tsang Temple, is about a 30-minute drive to the Lynnwood Event Center, the venue of the grand ceremony. The temple is about a 40-minute drive to the Rainbow Lei Tsang Temple.
• The biggest landmark near Seattle Lei Tsang Temple is Microsoft’s headquarters in Redmond. From Microsoft’s headquarters, it takes about 20 minutes to walk downhill towards Lake Sammamish to reach West Lei Tsang Temple.
• Starting from August 31, 2024, the light rail (Link light rail) in the Greater Seattle area can be taken from the airport light rail station on Line 1 to Lynnwood Station. The Lynnwood Event Center is only 1 mile from the light rail station, and it takes less than 5 minutes by car (25-minute walk).
• In the summer of 2025, the light rail lines 1 and 2 will be connected, so passengers will be able to take the light rail from the airport directly to the Redmond Technology Station, which is close to West Lei Tsang Temple and Microsoft. From there, it will be a 25-minute walk downhill to West Lei Tsang Temple. Currently, Line 2 only connects to South Bellevue and doesn’t yet connect with Line 1, so it’s not possible to transfer directly to Seattle or the airport. However, travel between West Lei and downtown Bellevue, as well as shopping malls and art galleries in Bellevue, will become more convenient. Simply walk to the nearest light rail station, Redmond Technology Station, to easily catch the light rail.
• The bus to West Lei Tsang Temple is Metro Bus Route 249. The closest bus stop to West Lei Tsang Temple is at the intersection of 40th NE Street and Bel-Red Road. It takes a 2-minute walk downhill to reach the temple. Be careful to get on the bus in the right direction, as the bus stops on opposite sides, and going the wrong way could lead you farther away!
• Public transportation in the Greater Seattle area is very convenient, but passengers should consider luggage weight and quantity when using the light rail and buses, as it can be laborious and time-consuming to carry luggage up and down stairs. However, for those with less luggage, it is very economical, with a fare of $3.5 per trip.
• It is recommended to buy an ORCA card in the Greater Seattle area (the card costs $5 and can be recharged). Simply tap the card when getting on and off the bus or train, which is more convenient than paying with cash (bus drivers do not give change). ORCA card machines are available at the airport light rail station, and the cards are also sold at many supermarkets (Safeway, QFC; check online for sales points).
• In Washington State, people under the age of 18 can ride public transportation for free (ferries and monorails still require payment). Remember to bring a passport or photo ID.
• Upon arrival at Seattle Airport, after picking up your luggage, there is a place in the terminal where you can get maps and travel information about Seattle. If you have any questions, you can ask the airport volunteers, who will provide assistance.
• Because Rainbow Lei Tsang Temple is located in a more remote mountainous area, the only way to get there directly from West Lei or the airport is by Uber or a taxi, which may cost more than $100 (tips are additional). You can also consider renting a car or asking a friend to pick you up. Alternatively, you can take a bus from West Lei to North Bend Downtown, which is the closest city to Rainbow Lei Tsang Temple (requires two bus transfers and takes about 1.5 hours), then have someone pick you up, or call an Uber (a 10-minute drive). Note that buses in smaller cities have limited service, typically only before 9:00 AM and between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM, with fewer services on weekends or no service at all. • Example 1: From Seattle Airport (SeaTac) to Seattle Lei Tsang Temple: About 21 miles, 40 minutes by car (traffic may cause delays). The fastest public transport is the light rail, taking 35 minutes, then Bus 545 for 25 minutes, followed by a 15-minute walk, and waiting time of about 25 minutes, totaling about 1.5 hours. The cost is $7, $3.50 for light rail + $3.50 for bus. Method: Go to the airport light rail station (SEATAC-Light Rail Station), take the light rail (operates from 5 AM to midnight) to Westlake’s University St station, walk to the bus stop at 4th St & University St (3A), take Bus ST-545 (operates from 5 AM to 11 PM), and get off at the Redmond (SR 520 & NE 40th St Station 6). Walk downhill for about 20 minutes towards Lake Sammamish, and you will see the temple on the left (Address: 17012 NE 40th Court, Redmond, WA, USA. TEL: 425-882-0916). Return trip: Take Bus 545 from 4th St & University St (3B), then take the light rail back to the airport.
