In September 2020, the mother of a dharma sister in Melbourne was very sick. Her family asked someone to tell her mother’s fortune and said that her mother’s life would be in danger between October and November 2020. The Dharma sister asked her fellow students in Seattle to consult with Grand Master Lu on her behalf. Living Buddha Lian-sheng indicated that her mother’s life was indeed in danger, but there was a solution: reciting the True Buddha Sutra 1,000 times could end my mother’s calamity. So the Dharma sister recited the True Buddha Sutra 200 times every day to dedicate the merit to her mother. During the period of reciting the True Buddha Sutra, both her mother and the dharma sister had several auspicious dreams about her mother’s eliminating her karma. During October and November, the dharma sister signed up for her mother to lead the prayers at Grand Master’s buddhist ceremony every week. After November 2020, the dharma sister's mother's health miraculously recovered to normal. It has been more than four years now, and the dharma sister’s mother is still living healthily. The dharma sister is really grateful to our root guru, Living Buddha Lian-sheng, for his great salvation! She marvelled at Grand Master’s supreme and extraordinary Dharma power and the incredible power of the True Buddha Sutra to eliminate karma and resolve disasters.
